Add line
Add a line to create another service order.
Delete line/service order
Service orders (lines) can be deleted via the context menu.
Service orders can be deleted if they have not yet been sent but subsequent service orders already exist. As soon as a service order is in transmission, has been sent or has received responses, it can no longer be deleted.
The deletion is possible if datasets exist on the Calculation tab but a calculation has not yet been carried out. After a calculation has taken place, it is no longer possible to delete.
Copy line/service order
Service orders can be copied via the context menu in the overview.
Select the service order you would like to copy and click Copy line.
The goods description (Goods tab) and its sub tabs are not copied.
Check service order
Click Check service order to perform a plausibility check before the transmission.
Send service order

Send service order without checks
Select Send service order without checks to avoid the plausibility checks.
If the service order was sent successfully to the EDI partner, the status field Verification displays a green checkmark
A red cross indicates an error.
If the service order has been processed by the provider, the Provider field shows a corresponding status.
A status also appears in the Service provider field, provided that the carrier issues responses.
Send marked service orders
To send multiple service orders via an interface, mark the service orders using the checkboxes and select the context menu item Send marked service orders.
The system checks all marked service orders.
If an error is found in at least one service order, none of the service orders is sent.
The service orders are only sent if the check is successful for all orders.
Service orders that have been sent, canceled or that are in transmission are ignored.
Send service order update
Select the context menu item Send service order update to send the sent service order once again.
This may be necessary in case of modifications in the original orde.
Attention: Not all interfaces and EDI recipients support updates!
Cancel service order
Select this menu item to send a cancelation.
Set status
If you cancel a service order, the system checks whether there is a status type with filling rule 26 (Cancel service orders).
If so, the system compares the service type. If successful, the system enters the status type on the status tab.
Cancel message text
If the function cancel service order is triggered for a service order the text cancellation message in transmission appears for this action instead of message in transmission as before.
Cancel feedbackÂ
The feedback Cancellation accepted for a canceled service order is displayed with a green tick in the Cancelation field.
If the service provider only returns a technical OK response for a cancellation that has been sent, this is displayed as a yellow tick in the Cancelation field.
Release service order for indiwa
An indiwa service order must be released before an update or cancelation.
