Buttons	Function
New	Create a new file and assign a new file number.
Open	Open existing files that already have a file number.
Close	Close the file.
Save	Save changes you have made in the file. Triggers different events in certain sections - e.g. calculations or invoice prints.
Print	Open the print preview.
Direct print	Starts the print with the printer recorded in basic data forms.

	Indication of a dropdown list in a field	All fields that contain a fixed selection and limited number of entries.
	Open a mask to add and fill new lines. This mask can be closed with the Close button.	MRNs, reference numbers
	Close the mask without saving.	See above

	Level	Symbol in the explorer of the goods description: At least 1 level has been entered in the seafreight goods description.
	Plus button	Can be opened
	Minus button	Can be closed
	Burger menu	All masks, such as Advanced Dynamic Search, EDI Mailbox, search for addresses, search for files and further search programs provide the burger menu on the left side above. More fields are listed from the database than displayed in the search area. Use these fields to expand and refinde your search selection.
