Click on the button Ignore in the compliance message.
A mask to enter the login and password of the user authorized to ignore this message appears:

The following message appears if the user who enters the login and password and confirms with OK is NOT authorized to ingore the compliance message:

After classification on the SaCos server and the release of the order, the checkbox in the address basic data is deactivated automatically and the address is released for processing.

Lock the address

If your company decides to no longer work with this address, we recommend to classify this address as bad in the SATSI application.

In this case, the checkmark, which was set automatically with the response, located in basic data ADDRESSES → ADDRESSES → Customs tab → checkbox Compliance remains, the address is no longer available for order processing.
