Transfer consignement data to an EDI partner with priority

If you want to speed up the transmission of an urgent data record to the receiving station, a value can also be transmitted in the Priority field.
The smaller the value, the higher the priority and the interface will process it preferentially.
If there are several data records with the same priority, they are processed in chronological order.

By default, the Priority field in the File → Export → XML to Partner area is in display mode.
This field can be edited with the EAXML_CHANGE_PRIO authorization.

Send CargoSoft data

Shipment data can be transferred using the XML to partner function.

Open the CargoSoft file you would like to send.

Select File → Export → XML to Partner.

The following CargoSoft mask opens:

Enter the EDI partner.
Activate the checkbox Send (the upper one).
Save and close the mask.

EDI automatic

The transmission of shipment details via interface can be triggered by the entry of a status - directly in TMS or via interface.

Enter the required status in the status type field in ADMIN → STATUS TYPES → STATUS EVENTS.
In ADMIN → STATUS TYPES you store the settings for the EDI transfer in the corresponding status type.

If the status code arrives e.g. via the interface, the stored status is set and the transmission is triggered.

Send contact details

If a data record is sent from the TMS order via this function, the Cargosoft login of the responsible employee is now also sent with the contact details.

Show failed data export

The fields error text, error date and time have now been added to indicate a failed export.
