Manual attachment
Click on the paperclip to manually add attachments.
A mask opens. Here you can select one or more files that you would like to use in the e-mail.
Note
Certain file types such as *.exe or *.bat files cannot be attached.
From files
If you have added one or more files to Forms tab, you can attach their contents to the e-mail.
To do so, select the relevant attachments and drag and drop them to the attachment field.
Select and add files
To add forms and e-mail addresses from other files, first accept them into the current e-mail.
Click on the highlighted folder icon to accept one or more order files into a new e-mail.
A mask to search for files opens. Attachments of multiple files can be selected in one go.Â
The added files are displayed on the Forms tab of the e-mail.
It is also possible to add orders from the sidebar to the e-mail via drag and drop. The Forms tab in the e-mail module must be activated.
From the eFile tab in the order
If the added fails contains an eFile with content, you can attach these contents on the Forms sub tab (next to the Email sub tab) to the e-mail via drag and drop.
Files from the eFile, as well as forms, AWBs, etc., are displayed in a treeview.
Click on the plus icon to open elements of the treeview.
Use the checkboxes to select the documents you would like to attach to the e-mail.
Drag and drop the selected document into the lower section.
Enter the recipient of the e-mail in the field To.
Click the button addresses to open a search mask. Here you can search for e-mail addresses stored in the CargoSoft address basic data.
From invoicing
Invoices can be added to the form section of the e-mail via drag and drop as described above.
Or:
E-mail vouchers from the Invoicing tab.
Click the context menu item Send voucher by email.
The e-mail mask opens, the invoice is already attached.
From the QM card
Within a QM card, select the menu item File → Send to → eMail.
The e-mail module opens, the QM card is already attached.
The e-mail subject is pre-assigned with the file number.
Via Drag & Drop
You also have the option to drag and drop files from the Windows Explorer to the attachment field.
Press and hold the file in the Explorer with the left mouse key and drag it to the attachment field.
Release the left mouse key to attach the file.
Open attachments in the e-mail module
Attachments in the e-mail module can be opened via double click.
You can therefore double check your attachments before sending the e-mail.
Merge .pdf attachments into one file while mailing
In the address basic data is adjustable whether PDFs should be merged while mailing.
The setting is pre-assigned in the mail window. The field can be edited manually.

Delete attachments
It is also possible to delete attachments.
Select the attachment you would like to delete and click the context menu item Delete attachment.
