Load B/L in EDI mailbox

When B/L data is received in the TMS, a request confirmation is sent back to the data sender.

If B/L data is transmitted in an EDI data record, this can be transferred to an existing file.

Mark the EDI data record and select Load B/L in the context menu.

Enter the file number in which the B/L data should be transferred and decide whether the goods description in version B should be overwritten or added.

Attention:
If this action is carried out, only the B/L data from the EDI data set will be transferred!

If a B/L already exists in the file to be updated, this will be completely overwritten.
