Open and search files

Open the Open files mask and click the Search button to open the mask Search files.

Enter search criteria. Click OK or press F3 to start the search.

The result is displayed by the line on the same tab.
The sorting of the result columns is pre-assigned.
→ The columns may thus be too narrow to show their content or be located at an inconvenient place.

To widen a column, place your cursor on the edge of the column until the cursor symbol changes and pull the edge by pressing and holding the left mouse key.
To move an entire column, click on the column header, then on the black arrow and move the column with your cursor by pressing and holding the left mouse key.

Accept the file by selecting it with the left mouse key and confirming with OK.

The file number appears in the File number field. Click OK to open the file.

Search files in the File menu

This command opens the search mask of the advanced dynamic search. Here you can access all fields of the database using multiple tables.

The upper section of the search mask contains the search area with the available search fields.
This section can be customized. Enter your search criteria and press F3 to start the search.
The search result is displayed as a table in the lower section of the mask.
Select a file via mouse click and click OK.
