Cancel file

Open File → Files → Cancel files.Â
The mask CargoSoft cancel files opens.
→ Enter the file that you would like to cancel or other search criteria into the search mask. Click Search or press F3 to start the search.
The search result is displayed on a new tab. Select the file you would like to cancel and confirm with Accept.
A query opens: Would you like to cancel file no. XXX?
YES: The file is canceled.
NO: The file is not canceled.
The query is pre-assigned with NO to prevent accidental cancelations.
Canceled files
Converted and canceled files can bef ound in Extras → System maintenance → Canceled files.
A tab with search field opens.
→ Here you can either search for all files of your login or a certain date or search specifically for canceled or converted files.
Search result tab:
A canceled file is indicated by the [S] in the Type column.
A converted file is indicated by the [W] in the Type column
Remark: Information about the conversion from file XXX to file YYY for type [W] Wandlung (conversion).
