Split HAWB Desc. of Goods in DGR/OVL/STD

If you enable this function, separate colli lines per commodity code will be created in the goods description of the Consol file.

Block HAWB for other branches

Presetting that external branches cannot access the HAWBs. HAWBs can be released within the order if required.

Update HAWB with consol details

Setting whether the HAWBs should be updated according to Consol when adding them to the Consol file.

It is possible to select that

  • NO updating should be done or

  • ALWAYS be updated or

  • A query should appear whether to update.

Provide check box in F6-window to print MRN's on attachment

Activates the checkbox Print MRN on attachment in the F6 menu.

The MRNs will NOT appear on the AWB.

If not activated, the checkbox is not editable and the text is light gray.

Use Sub-Master (SMAWB) and Buyers Consolidation

Activates the AWB types sub-master and MHAWB (Buyers Consolidation) for order creation.

For consolidations load GWT into CWT

Enters the actual weight also for the volume weight (not 1:6) on the Goods Description tab in the Consol.
→ This setting applies to all consols of the branch.

Avoid Consol overbooking

Consol flight plan → In the order: Search and accept flights → Capacity check.

Branch is Gateway Profit Center

Mark this branch as profit center.

Preallocation Consol-search window (search for HAWB) IMPORT

DEP

If this checkbox is active, the DEP airport in the search for HAWBs in the airfreight import consol file will be pre-assigned with data from the consol file.

Here the search for HAWB items in a Consol file is meant.

In a Consol file, it is called on the Consolidation tab via the context menu with the entry Select HAWBs. 

Depending on the branch in which the search for HAWBs is started, different search criteria can be preset here.

MAWB no.

Adds the MAWB number of the consol to the search mask as a search criterion.

This is especially useful if the MAWB number has already been entered in the HAWB files.

Branch

Adds the branch key to the search mask as a search criterion.

This is especially useful if the consolidation is made with mainly HAWBs from the own branch.

Gateway

Preallocation of whether the search result will include only files predestined for the gateway.

This setting should correspond to the gateway.
For other branches, pre-assign N (No).
The result in the gateway branch will consist of files for the gateway; the result in the non-gateway branch consists of files that are not sent to the gateway - files destined for the corresponding consol.

Already accepted

Preallocation of whether the search result will only include files that have already been printed in the truck manifest (J/Yes) or that have not been printed (N/No).

We recommend pre-assigning J (Yes) for the consol department (branch) and N or blank for other branches that mainly consolidate the remaining HAWBs.
