BCC email address

In cross-branch conversion an e-mail can be sent to branch of the user who accept the data set.

Enter the e-mail address in this field.

Email subject prefix

Enter a prefix for the email subject. The prefix is always prepended to the subject.

The prefix from the branch can also be used in Forms.

Email subject

Double click to open a list with available modules for the subject. You can either select one object or multiple objects with the CTRL key. Click Accept to confirm.

This inserts placeholders in square brackets. You can also enter free text into the field.

Examples:

  • [CONTN]: This placeholder inserts all container numbers from the goods description.

  • [AGREF]: This placeholder inserts the first reference of the customer address.

Section: Notification upon shipment entry via gateway

An e-mail is generated after conversion of an EDI dataset into an order in case the branch of the new file is different respectively is changed when accepting the file.

To notify the gateway branch enter the Mode, Sector and the Email address that is to receive the message.

The following placeholders are additionally available:

  • Placeholders for all references and customer names (name line 1) of addresses A1 - A9 of an order

These placeholders are made available via a preallocation in the system.

  • Placeholders for fields from various tables

The designation of the fields as placeholders follows the pattern tabelle.feld - e.g. eakopf_t.abfdat for the field Departure (ets) field in the Transport tab.

The TMS tables from which fields can be selected depend on the Basic data program. For example, no field from an offer table can be displayed in the e-mail subject of a form if no offer is printed for the order.

These placeholders are displayed in the search window in a different way to the previous placeholders (displayed in square brackets). Click on the desired placeholder to open a separate search area with the fields available for selection.
