Field description

  • Send XML: Version goods description and

  • Send XML: Addresses
    on the General sub tab are required fields.

  • Select the relevant entry from the dropdown list.

Send XML: Kennung WB

B = Prefer goods description version B (B/L)
M = Prefer goods description version M 

The required entries are different for each interface. 

Which identifier of the goods description and which addresses must be transmitted in the respective connection is explained in the section TMS functions set up.

Send XML: Adressen

A = take addresses from main data/order data
B = take addresses from B/L data

EDI transmission table

In the field EDI transmission table you can select the table that is to be filled for data transmission.

E = EdiSend
X = EAXMLSend

If the conditions for data transmissions are not met when you enter a status, the system issues an error message in the SYS Log tab in Info tab in the order.
