Seafreight checkboxes: Airfreight checkboxes: | If the checkboxes Seafreight purchase rates, Seafreight accruals, Airfreight eRates and Luftfracht IATA rates are activated, TMS determines the costs from ECM. As of September 2015, TMS is only able to determine seafreight accruals. Its ability to determine further costs is still under development. |
ECM URL | The ECM URL must be entered into the browser to provide direct access to the ECM website. |
ECM Key | The entry in the field ECM Key is used to encrypt the employee login and is transferred to ECM for the login. |
Login ECM und TMS
In the future, the TMS login and password will be synchronized with ECM.
→ The login data for TMS and ECM will then be one and the same.
TMS is the leading system.
When accepting quotations via TMS, the webservice is accessed with the login data entered in the ECM basic data.
The employee is logged in to ECM for the acceptance itself. The TMS login is transferred for this purpose.
As long as the synchronization of employees between TMS and ECM has not yet been realized, the TMS login must be identical to the ECM login (the TMS login must exist in ECM)!
