Link tab in Extras Options

The basic data valid for the entire company (GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER) contain the field Port link. 
This controls the preallocation of the Port link field in the Seafreight order processing.

Every employee to whom this general setting does not apply because he uses a different port link can make individual preallocations with this field.

To do so, select a different entry in the Different port link field.
This entry will take effect for the employee with this login.

If this field is filled with a valid login, the representative entered in this field receives responses from external systems as messages.

All messages sent to the user are also sent as Messages, provided that the Messages checkbox is activated in the employee options.

In addition to the Message (internal email), the system sends an e-mail about the response of external providers.

If this checkbox is activated, th order memo opens automatically when you open a file.
