SATIS access

In order to be able to use the duplicate check via web service, access (if not yet available) must be requested from SATIS via CargoSoft.

SATIS generates the required access data, which the CargoSoft GLA team then stores in the database.

The customer code is also specified here, which is then stored in the TMS in the basic data URL together with the URL.

In addition, the TMS addresses must be initially transferred to the web service (via an EDI service).

The checkbox Duplicate check in the Specials tab activates the features duplicate check and Min. match.: image-20240418-151328.png

Duplicate check

The duplicate check is performed in the fields Name1, Name2, Name3, Street and Location.
→ The system considers these fields as one.

In order to achieve an accurate result, it is advisable to record the company names and, if applicable, other details as completely and accurately as possible.

Min. match

Indication of the minimum value starting with which the duplicate check will report a duplicate (example: 70,00 for 70%).

ADMIN → URLS

This requires an entry with type Mc DUPLICATE_SERVICE.

This entry must include a URL accessing the webservice and a CUSTOMER with a customer code.
