Installation of CargoCom
CARGOCOM is installed in the cargocom folder.
This is typically located next to the Order folder.
→ The path may vary.
→ See variable HomeDir in registry.
All relevant files are copied to the cargocom directory for installation.
Enable files are required.
cargocom.exe is started without parameters.
Exception: Several instances run on one computer.
It makes sense to place cargocom.exe in the autostart menu.
Every 24 hours cargocom should be restarted; otherwise the application may hang.
If the server cannot be restarted, cargocom must be set up via the task scheduler.
If CargoCom is used for printing, all relevant printers must be mapped on the server.

The path can be changed using the logdir registry switch. | |
