Calling up/executing pre-allocations

A trigger for starting this process is defined in the system. If the trigger is activated, CargoCom generates a CSAusgabe record, which initiates the execution of the pre-allocation.

This can help to automatically trigger and execute chaining of functions.

Example:
The actual ETA of a shipment is transmitted in an order via an interface (= defined trigger),
→ this triggers the pre-assignment that a status is set, which causes an email notification to be sent to the customer.

Set parameter

The following parameters are entered in ADMIN → CARGOCOM → process CCDIALOG:

  • Parameter log = true

  • Parameter logdir = the path for the log directory is stored as value

Depending on the requirements, further parameters can be recorded for this function.
