• Enter new address

Check address independently of database

When entering a new address in the address master data, the program accesses the settings in the general company parameters.

After you have entered a new address, the system checks for duplicates.

A popup window lists all addresses including their matching value when you save or switch to another tab.

For the most accurate result, we thus recommend to enter the company name and other details as complete and precise as possible.

Open

You can either confirm or cancel the saving process:

• Click Save address to enter the address nevertheless.

• Click Cancel saving to cancel the saving process. The address will not be entered.

The duplicate check is performed in the following fields:

• Name1, Name2, Name3

• Street

• Location

The system considers these fields as one.
