DASHBOARD

DASHBOARD_MANDANT_MULTI

Search and display results over all clients in the database.

The DASHBOARD_MANDANT_MULTI (Display permission) authorization object can be used to search for files in all clients:

  1. Only clients for which the user has authorization are displayed.

  2. Files from clients other than the one currently logged in cannot be opened.

DASHBOARD_REFRESH

The DASHBOARD_REFRESH (Automatic reload) and QUERYAUTORUN (Start search automatically) authorization objects are observed in the dashboard and in the Advanced Dynamic Search.

Only with these authorizations is it possible to define a time interval or activate the checkbox.

In the Burger menu → Auto reload area: Entry of minutes to automatically reload the search result.

DASHBOARD_PERSONEN

active

The Persons selection for the drop-down menu is available in the burger menu with the authorization object.

The entries in the Persons menu in ADMIN can be searched here.

QUERYAUTORUN

active

The DASHBOARD_REFRESH (Automatic reload) and QUERYAUTORUN (Start search automatically) authorization objects are considered in the dashboard and in the Advanced Dynamic Search.

Only with these authorizations is it possible to define a time interval or activate the checkbox.

Start searches automatically → Context menu of the search area → Save search settings.

OR in the context menu of the search area > Edit search settings

 

QUERYSAVEALLUSER

active

Without authorization object

  1. Saving searches for all users of a client or branch office - WITHOUT the QUERYSAVEALLUSER authorization object, a search is only saved for the login of the user who created it.

    In the window for saving the search, the entry for saving per client/branch office is missing

With authorization object

WITH the authorization object, the creating user can call up the search per client/branch.

Edit label

The QUERYSAVEALLUSER authorization object can be used in the context menu of the search result, in the Edit label menu, to adjust the field names of the search criteria and the headings of the result columns.

Access to the Edit label function in the dynamic search is controlled by the existing authorization object QUERYSAVEALLUSER.

This authorization allows users to change the global searches.
