Preallocation of a value in the Charges at Destination field in the import sector.
If the billing code is recorded in COMPANY → INVOICING and configured accordingly, CargoSoft automatically determines the amount in the outgoing invoicing.

If you enter a Consignee in the order, the system will pre-assign the DES agent from this tab.

If a DES agent was also entered in basic data Airports in AIRFREIGHT , the consignee address has priority for the preallocation of the DES Agents in the order.

Here you can enter an airport (a search mask is available via double click or F2).

If you have recorded an airport in the Airport field, the system makes a preallocation in the order entry Airfreight on the AWB Main tab in the field to/via after you enter the Consignee address. 

If the address is used as shipper, CargoSoft inserts the airport of departure into the file.
The applies to the consignee and the airport of destination as well.
