Link a representative to a customer address

Authorization object ADRERWSALES_NO for General tab in ADDRESSES → Sales sub tab.

The representative code can be assigned to a customer address.

The representative code is entered in basic data ADDRESSES (customer address) →  ADDRESSES → field Representative.

Accept the representative into the file entry

If the address that linked to the representative code is marked as the customer upon file entry, the representative code is automatically entered on the correct tab in the order.

After the facelift, the Representative field is located on the AWB Main → Additional tab in Airfreight orders.

Representative check function – Link a representative to a login

If a representative has their own CargoSoft login, you can assign the representative code to this login in basic data ADMIN → EMPLOYEES → General tab  → Representative check function.                     

If the representative check function has been activated in the employee basic data, the representative will only be able to access files with this representative code.

This also applies to the search for files → The result will only show files with this representative code.
The same applies to the statistics and the BI module.

If the representative enters files with their own login, the representative code is automatically entered in the Representative field on the Statistic tab.

 

If you would like to select an address with a different representative as the customer, the program will issue a query about whether the representative entered in the basic data is to be replaced by the representative from the addresses.
