QM tab in ADDRESSES

Client to whom the QM classification applies.

Date from which this classification is valid.

In the upper section of this tab you can enter QM classifications.

You can also define an expiry date for the QM classification.
The address can no longer be used as soon as this date has been reached. 
Via CargoService, you can configure that warning emails are to be sent 2 weeks before the expiry date. This is subject to charge.

Name of the QM classification. 

Enter the expiry date. This address can no longer be used as soon as this date has been reached. A corresponding message is issued upon order entry.

A CargoService generates emails to inform users about the expiry date.
On the QM tab in address basic data separated by client, you can define multiple QM classifications with expiry date.
CargoService generates an email every day 2 weeks prior to the expiry date to warn about the expiry date.
An expired address can not be selected in the order.
The system issues a corresponding message.

The setup of the CargoService is subject to charge.
